Courtney Kryder, Business Office Director
Courtney became a part of the Eastlake Terrace in 2009. She started in the dietary department then became our full time receptionist. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, she became our Business Office Director. Courtney has been wonderful in her role as she enjoys being the voice for the residents.
She is happily married and enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter Cody.
Shonda Roberts, Life Enrichment Director
Shonda has worked at Eastlake Terrace since 2014. Our community is lucky to have her as our Life Enrichment Director. Her smile and energy make our days brighter. Shonda oversees the daily activities in the community. She graduated from Westview High School, Glen Oak’s Community College and Ivy Tech. She recently graduated from the Lacy Beyl program and received her State Activity Director Certification. She has served in medical and nursing communities from skilled, hospital, and assisted livings for the past 22 years. She is reminded daily that she is where she is supposed to be and doing what she loves with the residents she loves.
While not working, Shonda enjoys time with her fiancé, son, and two dogs. She also enjoys hiking, baseball, softball, and ND Football.
Corey Mccullough, Director of Maintenance
Corey joined the Eastlake Terrace team in 2015 as the Director of Maintenance. His role is to oversee the operations for the maintenance and environmental teams. Corey brings several years of experience to our community. He specializes in flooring, paint, craftsmanship, and leadership. Corey feels every day is an accomplishment whether small or big! He loves working with the senior population and getting to know the residents.
When not working, he enjoys building houses, cars, teaching, and spending time with his two nephews.
Ashley Batten, Food Services Director
Ashley was raised in the very small town of Mendon, MI. where she graduated from. As Ashley was growing up her parents owned a small restaurant in Colon, MI. where she realized, at the young age of 12, the passion she had for cooking and helping others. Ashley decided since she truly loves to help people and has an outgoing personality to take the CNA class at Glen Oaks Community College. After completing her certification she was offered a job at Fairview Nursing and Rehab in Centreville, MI. Ashley was a CNA there for over 7 years, she was then promoted to dietary manager in May, 2016.
Ashley is currently enrolled in the Certified Dietary Manager program through University of North Dakota to further her knowledge in dietary services. She still enjoys helping out as a CNA whenever she is needed. Ashley live in Three Rivers, Michigan with her boyfriend Anthony. They share their home with their two kids (dogs) Zeke and Bo. In Ashley’s spare time you can find her cooking, baking, hosting dinner parties for family and friends, and watching football and baseball.
Dawn Ramirez, Staff Development Coordinator
Dawn has been working at Eastlake Terrace for almost five years. She, as Staff Development Coordinator, is in charge of staffing the nursing department. She started at Eastlake Terrace as a CNA/QMA and has worked her way to the current role she has today. She has received the Keep Award and Employee of the Month. Dawn loves each of the residents as if they were a part of her family.
When she is not working Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys cooking Mexican food, going to the Market, and Rodeos with her family.
Ashley Grossenbacher, Administrative Assistant
Ashley was born in Berwyn Illinois and moved to the area when she was 4. She graduated from Penn High School. She was married in June of 2011. Ashley has a son, 10, and 2 step children, 21 and 18. She held various positions in data entry and purchasing before joining East Lake Terrace as an Administrative Assistant. Ashley enjoys summer activities and spending time at the lake. She enjoys family time, sports, holidays, and travelling. Ashley enjoys getting to know the residents and their families.
